I have the Mendeley plugin installed in Microsoft Word for a Windows computer. I have used this plugin for years and have had no issues. It is a personal computer owned by me and a personal account and personal subscription to office. Now when I try and use the add in it says "You don't have permission to use this add in. Contact your System Administrator to request access." While I do have Microsoft Accounts through two universities, these are not used on this device and should not have managing capabilities. How do I resolve this issue? I tried Microsoft Live Chat but they were useless.32Views0likes0CommentsGetting redirecting when access Microsoft Bookings

Trying to recover account for months with no luck. I had a old phone with the account still on it so I copied the subject lines and emails directly. This is the main reason I'm so confused why the system keeps declining me. I reach out to customer service and they can't even help as the system has no human interference. Solution? Keep trying or create a new email with them. I've seen smaller companies with better solutions, ridiculous.251Views0likes1CommentWe couldnt find an Account with that Username
My son recently turned 15 and has lost access to his outlook account. Not sure if it is a coincidence or not. We can not use the recover option as it says the user can not be found, cant recreate it as it says its already in use. I used this https://account.live.com/username/recover and it sends the verification email but i cant gain access to the account is there any way to regain access to it . It was linked to a microsoft family safety group . Any help with this would be appreciated . Thank you187Views0likes1CommentI replied to the message. When will it be approved?

In my personal Outlook email account, I created a Group, me as the Owner, everyone else as a Member without Trusted Sender rights. However, at least one of the Members is able to send emails to the Group? Why have a Trusted Sender category if a mere Member can send emails to the Group? Thanks.166Views0likes3CommentsMailbox automatically Pinning every new incoming email - Desktop and Mobile
