Hi community, I had my email hacked 7 days ago, the hacker changed the password. The problem is that I have microsoft office 365 in that account and I tried every single way to recover my access. Even the ACSR, forms and everything. Nothing works. I got replied back that information provided was insufficient. The problem also is that I created this account in hotmail, maybe 20 year ago. Does anyone know any how to contact Microsoft support? How can I find a channel to support me? Thanks in advance for any clue you might give me to solve this issue.34Views0likes1CommentRadio buttons aren't functioning for a mandatory question in job application with Job ID - 200027012

Dear Community, I am seeking urgent guidance regarding a serious security incident involving my Entra ID tenant. My tenant was compromised, and the attacker removed my Owner permissions from the Tenant Root Group and created two high-spec virtual machines without authorization. This resulted in approximately USD 9,500 in unexpected usage charges. I immediately blocked my credit card, and the subscription has now moved into a disabled state, most likely due to non-payment. However, I am still unable to regain administrative control. I previously managed to open a support ticket using another account, but it was limited to subscription-related issues only. Even when the case was marked with Severity A, Microsoft support was unable to treat it as an urgent incident or take immediate corrective action. At this point: • I only have read-only access • I cannot create a technical support request • I cannot upgrade the support plan • I cannot restore Owner permissions • I am unable to properly escalate the compromise If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows the fastest way to: • Regain Tenant Root Group ownership • Reach Microsoft security team for compromised tenant cases • Escalate beyond standard support channels I would truly appreciate your advice. This has been extremely stressful, and I am trying to regain control and prevent any further damage. Thank you in advance for your support.Solved152Views1like1CommentImpossible to sign in with different user account
I use this browser with two MS accounts. The techcommunity does not let me choose the user account to sign in with! I'm forced to open a private window to sign in and write this feedback. So when clicking Sign In, it thinks I want to sign in with my M365 company account, and asks me to accept certain permissions. However, I want to sign in with my personal MS account. So I click cancel and get redirected to the home page. So, in order to visit the site with my personal MS account, must either use a private windows, or clear every single cookie for every single Microsoft domain, which is also NOT what I want to do. This is simply unacceptable and driving me away from using the techcommunity at all! I made a video for you to show you how broken the sign in flow is: https://i.imgur.com/KnxnPKM.mp422KViews5likes16CommentsI have had issues with my account I need urgent help
I don't really know much about tech, i bought this expensive laptop but I can't really sign in or add my payment method, for some reason my credit card isn't accepted in this region. Is there any chance I can just fix it ? I tried calling support but I don't think I can find the number. If anyone honestly can call me <REMOVED BY ADMIN FOR PRIVACY> that would be muh easier I just want this done fast before hollidays.Solved164Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Edge message "session expired".
HHi! I read and comment on Edge home page off and on all day. About 10 days ago, I tried to post something and got the msg that the session had expired, followed by "log in to comment". But I AM logged in and have been for quite a while. My avatar shows, my history is there, the people I follow are marked, etc. I can't figure out what the problem is and it's driving me nuts. Any ideas would be very much appreciated!303Views0likes2CommentsOutlook Classic 2021 not responding disconected from exchange

Hello folks, Hope you are doing well and great. I have trouble with Certificate Authentication in our network environment. Let's explain in detail: 1- Our clients have a user certificate and a computer certificate issued by the Internal CA. 2-Clients try to connect to the NPS via wireless. 3-NPS communicates with the local Domain Controller and authenticates clients. Everything is ok so far. Once we decided to update one of our domain controllers to the latest patches and security updates, after a while we faced the above error on NPS, hence I have changed the DNS and functionality of NPS to another DC which isn't updated. After almost one month, we faced the above error on some sites. I have to emphasize on those sites, we have a local DC that wasn't updated, so we expected that the issue was not related to the update or any KB. After digging into this error and conducting research on the Internet, I realized the issue is related to the specific KB Microsoft release in May 2022 that affects certificate authentication. I know the best solution is updating all DCs, but for now it isn't possible for us, so I decided to find a solution temporarily to ignore this security issue, I have done all the solutions that were recommended on the Internet, but the issue still exists. Now, are there any solutions to fix the problem except updating all DCs? By the way, I found this link but I couldn't find workaround to fix the problem: https://www.gradenegger.eu/en/logins-via-the-network-policy-server-nps-fail-with-reason-authentication-failed-due-to-a-user-credentials-mismatch-either-the-user-name-provided-does-no/34Views0likes0Comments
