Planner and SharePoint task list

I’m exploring the use of SharePoint Task Lists alongside Planner. Is there a way to interlink these today, or is Planner expected to support SharePoint task lists more natively in the future?
Also, with Planner Agent in the picture, how can these be more aligned and interlinked or even more centralized with SP.

Can't remove external presenter in Microsoft Teams Webinar

Hello,

I am trying to remove some external presenters from my Microsoft Teams webinar, but clicking the 'X' button - which normally works - is not removing them.

It is likely worth noting that these external presenters who can't be removed are in fact, for some reason, duplicates. In other words, there are three real presenters here but they are each entered twice. There were two other external presenters that I was able to remove, and they did not have duplicate entries. I'm not sure if this has something to do with it.

I have tried this on both the desktop client and the web app. Please let me know how this can be solved.

Windows Automatic Repair won't repair

I upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11 some time late last year. Recently there was some sort of an update which I had it install before I shut down. When I booted up my computer and it directed me to Automatic Repair. I tried scanning for corrupted files but nothing seems to work. I can't start in safe mode either. I tried several times to continue onto Windows but kept bringing me back to the Automatic Repair. I finally noticed that for the option to continue to Windows, it says "Continue to Windows 10" when the OS now is Windows 11. I'm wondering if somehow it's trying to boot up Windows 10 when it's no longer available hence it's in this Automatic Repair to repair an OS that's no longer available? Has anyone ever ran into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

BIT LOCKER RECOVERY

Greetings everyone,

Recently Microsoft Windows forced into entering an update upon closing my laptop. After that I could not boot up without being asked to enter a Bit Locker Recovery key.I eventually found the correct key and entered it this morning successfully.Laptop was up and running ok or so I thought.Switched the laptop on just now and low and behold I have to put the Recovery key in again.!!I gather the problem arrived during the last update.I s there a fix for this or am I now having to put the key in every single time I switch the laptop on!! Is it possible to remove the faulty update?

Issue with registering attendance for Tech Community event

While the notification email sent when registering my attendance for a Tech Community event (Windows Office Hours: April 2026 - Microsoft Tech Community) included a calendar invitation, accepting the invitation resulted in me receiving an NDR for the acceptance response (which was sent to email address removed for privacy reasons). These invitations were previously sent from a different email address (of the form firstname.lastname at creatrixmedia.com) and this address happily accepted the meeting responses.

Since you don't need the responses, you probably want to update the code creating the .ics attachment to replace RSVP=TRUE with RSVP=FALSE.

I need to install Visual Studio 2022 version 17.12.6 (Community Edition) for compatibility with the InDesign 2026 SDK, which requires this specific version for building plugins.

However, when I checked the Microsoft Visual Studio downloads and release history pages, I could only find the Professional edition installer for version 17.12.6. I was unable to locate the Community edition for this exact version.

Could someone please guide me on where I can download Visual Studio 2022 v17.12.6 Community Edition, whether it is still officially available, or if there is any way to install this specific version using the Visual Studio installer or an offline layout?

Windows Explorer 11 Jumps to top (Home) when browsing file folders

I haves seen many users posting about having this issue on the Internet with no solutions to the issue. When browsing through FOLDERS in Windows Explorer, the search jumps back to the top of the page to HOME. This is extremely frustrating, especially as one drills down in the file structure and then you are shot to the top of the page. I have seen a lot of suggestions with settings, but nothing definitive. Users are calling it a bug in Windows 11, but I can't believe Microsoft would not have fixed this most irritating issue yet.???????

Hi together,

I've been actively contributing to the Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Security discussion categories over the past 3 weeks. My profile counter shows 9 posts, but I can only see one of them in my Recent Discussions list - the other ones are completely inaccessible, not just to other community members, but also to me. I cannot view, edit, or manage them in any way.

The posts cover technical practitioner topics and I put significant time and effort into writing these as quality contributions for the community.

My concern is that I have no way to tell what happened to these posts. There were no notifications about rejection, no indication that they're pending moderation, and no way to check their status. They simply don't appear anywhere except as a number on my profile.

I completely understand the need for content moderation, especially for newer accounts. But without any feedback mechanism, I'm unable to determine whether I should wait, resubmit, or change something about how I'm posting.

Could someone from the community team look into my account and help me understand what's going on with these missing posts? I'd really appreciate any guidance so I can continue contributing.
