No Internet After BSOD + Windows Firewall & Services Won’t Start
Hello, I'm experiencing critical issues with my Windows system after a sudden BSOD crash. My main issue is that I cannot connect to the internet, even though my LAN connection is detected. Additionally, Windows Defender Firewall and multiple services are not starting, preventing me from troubleshooting effectively. Issue Summary: Lost internet access after BSOD → The LAN connection is detected but stuck on "Identifying..." Windows Defender Firewall won’t start → Error when trying to restore/restart settings. Windows services related to the firewall won’t start → Base Filtering Engine (BFE) and other dependencies won’t start, possibly due to registry issues. Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service won’t start manually. sfc /scannow shows no integrity violations. netsh advfirewall reset fails with "An error occurred while attempting to contact Windows Defender Firewall..." Events Leading to the Issue: Playing a Roblox game. BSOD occurred out of nowhere. System rebooted, but no internet (LAN connection detected but doesn’t fully identify the network). Windows Defender Firewall error: "Microsoft Defender Firewall is using settings that may make your device unsafe." Clicking "Restore settings" does nothing. Manually starting Firewall services results in errors. Troubleshooting Attempts So Far: ✅Checked BIOS (Gigabyte B560M Gaming HD, BIOS vF10): OnBoard LAN Controller is enabled. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller is present. Tried enabling Network Stack but still no internet. ✅ Ran network troubleshooting commands: sfc /scannow → No integrity violations. netsh winsock reset & netsh int ip reset → No effect. netsh advfirewall reset → Fails with an error. ✅ Checked services: Windows Defender Firewall service won’t start. Base Filtering Engine (BFE) won’t start (Access Denied). Manually adding "Everyone" to BFE registry didn’t help. ✅ Took the PC to a technician: LAN port hardware is not the issue. Technician suggested a full system reformat, but I want to avoid this as I have important files. What I Need Help With: How can I restore my network connection without resetting Windows? How do I fix Windows Defender Firewall and dependent services (BFE, WDF) when they won’t start? Could this be a corrupt Windows registry issue, and if so, how can I fix it? Are there any advanced troubleshooting steps I can try before resorting to a full system reset? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. 🙏
Unable to Upload More Than 3 Files onto OneDrive Personal Vault
Hi Since early January 2025 (once I have unsubscribed from Co-Pilot feature), I have not been able to upload more than 3 files onto OneDrive Personal Vault. on the Web Browser, it was showing me that there was insufficient space - this made no sense as I still have 700GB+ of free space on the Mobile App, it was showing that I could only upload 3 files to Personal Vault - this made no sense either as I should be allowed to upload more than 3 files to my Personal Vault with Microsoft 365 Personal Classic.

HLOOKUP transmits wrong value
I'm using HLOOKUP - WVERWEIS in German - to check a small series of values in Excel. I wrote the function once and used it via drag down for several cells. After transmitting the relevant numbers from one table to the target table there is one wrong value. It's the 13th of 15 in total. The origin table doesn't contain any functions or formulas itself, it's a copy of a table from an other worksheet. So I think I can rule out the source for this mistake being in the origin table for HLOOKUP. I can copy the single cell with which the mistake occurs and paste it into any other cell and the mistake won't happen; the value is copied correctly. I can also write the function HLOOKUP completely new for this single cell but the mistake still will happen. I cannot find any hint why it happens - any ideas how I can find out and/or solve that?Not receiving notification from MCT Lounge

Excel Formula Needed
Hello all, I am in need of an excel formula. I cannot find help on exactly what I am hoping to do, and that could be because I don't know the key words to search it. I have a document where annual tasks were completed, that date was put into an excel sheet. I need those cells to turn green when it's been 6 months from when the task was done and remain green until it turns yellow when it's been 7-9 months from when the task was done, and then it will turn red when it's been 10-12 months since the task was last done. Any help with this is so very appreciated!

I use the Onedrive App on my Macbook Pro M2 Max with the latest Sequoia 15.3.1. I own Microsoft 365 family. In there are three users that share some of their OneDrive folders to some other users of the same family. Now I see that suddenly a shared folder (FOTOS_2024-) is not any more visible in Finder, but it is visible online and sharing is allowed. But it is not in the selection of synchronised folders in the OneDrive properties (see screenprint below) How can I correct this that I have the missing folder again in Finder?SCOM Linux Parameter for Expression/Alert Description
Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to get more information from //*[local-name()="StdOut"] parameter. I know that it can be used in this way in Expression and $Data/Context///*[local-name()="StdOut"]$ in Alert. But I would like to forward little bit more info into Alert and Expression itself. For example got script which returns two values Uptime and LastBoot. And I would like to build the Expression based on Uptime and provide LastBoot into Alert description. I wonder if this is even possible in SCOM.
