In my network I have both a windows server 2019 Essential PC and a a windows 11 Pro PC.
In both I have configured windows Remote desktop (RD) but only the first one allows me to log in to 2 users simultainously. Even tho I did the following to the Win 11 Pro PC:
Log into the server and open MMC.exe.
File → Add/Remove Snap-in → Group Policy Object → Add → Finish → OK.
Double click Local Computer Policy → double click Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Remote Desktop Services → Remote Desktop Session Host → Connections.
Limit Number of Connections = 4.
Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session = DISABLED.
it doesnt allow me to log in with a second user if the first isnt loged out first.
So I realized the problem is the lack of the neccesery licence, only found in windows server.
This is why I ask for your help to find a way to use the licence installed in the Windows server PC thats in the same network, to give to the Win 11 Pro PC the capability for multiple RD users.
