Question about converting avi to mp4 in Windows PC?
Till now, AVI still has compatibility issue. I can't play them with Windows Media Player and my iPhone as well. I have a collection of AVI video files that I need to convert to MP4 format for better compatibility with my devices and easier sharing online. I’m using a Windows PC running Windows 10, and while I’ve tried a few basic AVI to MP4 conversion methods, I’m not satisfied with the quality or the time it takes to process the files. Additionally, some of my AVI files are quite large, so finding a solution that handles batch conversions efficiently is important to me. I’m open to all suggestions in order to convert avi to mp4 without quality loss, as long as they offer reliable performance and maintain high video quality during the conversion process. Features like customizable settings, fast processing speeds, and user-friendly interfaces would be ideal. Please share your insights. I recently saw some WebP images online that looked pretty good, but I wanted to convert webp to SVG for some design projects. I tried many methods, but I couldn't find a direct way. 😩 I looked for some webp to svg tools online, but most of them were paid or the conversion was very poor. There are also some online tools, but they are maddeningly slow and the quality of the conversion is not guaranteed. I would like to ask everyone, is there a simple and free way to convert WebP images directly to SVG format? Or, is there some image editing software that can support this conversion? Do you have any experience to share, preferably one that can be operated on a PC. Thank you in advance!FrederickkDec 20, 2024Brass Contributor32Views0likes6CommentsHow Can I Downgrade iOS 18 to iOS 17 on a Windows PC?
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to this community for assistance with a challenge I'm currently facing. Recently, I updated my iPhone 14 Pro] to iOS 18. While the new features are impressive, I've encountered some compatibility issues with essential apps and certain functionalities that were smoother on iOS 17. After some research, I've decided that downgrading back to iOS 17 would be the best course of action for my needs. Unfortunately, Apple does not provide the downgrade feature on iPhone, only upgrade option is available. I heard it is possible downgrade iOS 18 to 17 on a Windows PC but I don't know how to do this. I have a Windows 11 PC at office and Windows 10 PC at home. If you know how to do this, please kindly leave your comment. I know that most of you will be shaking your heads at what a text-book rookie mistake this was, but I beg you, please be companionate and understanding. The situation is dire and ongoing and I'm not thinking clearly. I can get into more detail on the system crash, but my first priority is data recovery. The short is that something serious has happened to my desktop PC that has severely impacted performance and had been getting increasingly worse over the last week or so. As of last night, it became unusable. In my frustration and panic, I performed a Windows restore with Macrium Reflect. In my haste, I forgot to manually backup some folders and files on C. Is there any chance at all that I might be able to recover those items?KevinRamirezDec 20, 2024Copper Contributor4Views0likes0Commentswhat has happened to my system. No logs but failed to boot
Hi, I am new to windows 10 pro as i have switched from old windows 7 to windows 10 pro by newly installing the OS on the old machine which supports bios. Yesterday, the machine would not boot, but repeated trying went to automatic repairs screen, then diagnosing the issue, attempting repairs and failed . I tried all sorts of tricks,by trying repeated booting, to get the advanced menu, startup repair, it says that it is not possible to fix with startup repairs. reset option has also not worked. I have chosen System restore. there were two points. One point did not run successfully with error from prompt saying that failed to copy files from registry error. At last the other point worked and my system was restored and now i could boot. As this is a new experience, i want to know, which has caused this sudden not bsod but just could not boot. startup repair text, did not show any details . no logs could be found. or i do not know how to look for it. i tried event viewer windows logs, system and filter the logs with system resotre. Nothing was found. Could some one says, what went wrong with my system that fails to boot. where are logs are stored. i want to know the cause for this . hope some one would help me so that i could avoid this kind of sudden failure of system. I failed to mention that I had to use the install media to get to the repair this computer to select the system restore. pleaseKevinRamirezDec 20, 2024Copper Contributor5Views0likes0Comments"Save to" keeps saving to the wrong place
I want to save any newly downloaded or created documents (temporarily) to the desktop, and move them later after I edit them and it keeps pointing to "My Documents" instead. Even though the last place I saved something at was the desktop. In fact I want everything saved to the desktop, unlessI manually point them to another folder when the Save dialog comes up. Is there any way of doing this? ThanksKevinRamirezDec 20, 2024Copper Contributor2Views0likes0Comments
