Windows 12 as far as i know?
As per this thread created, i got some information about Windows 12, which is: Windows 12 is coming about late 2024 or early 2025. Windows 12 is possibly already show up on Canary Channel although it is not officially confirmed. Several news sources say that HP give a hint if around October 2024, the Windows 11 version 24H2 (or Windows 11 2024 Update) is released, while HP is keep silent about Windows 12, which is possibly Windows 12 will be delayed a bit later after Windows 11 24H2 released. System requirements for Windows 12 is definitely higher than Windows 11. Windows 12 still require TPM 2, Secure Boot support, and processor that capable to use hardware accelerated VBS properly, such as processor that released on 2018 and later. Windows 12 require minimum 8 GB of ram and possibly still same 64 GB disk space, while SSD is becoming a mandatory. Actually, Windows 12 require special hardware named NPU (Neural Processing Unit) for all features in Windows 12 is working properly, but since the NPU is still very expensive to acquire (or basically you need an Intel Core Ultra 5 125U at least), so these requirements should be optional. Information about whether Windows 12 will be a subscription based operating system or not is still unclear, but most speculation says that Windows 12 is not required to subscribe to use. That's it from me. If you got any more further information about Windows 12, you can share here. Thanks to XDA that give me a big overview about Windows 12.DeletedJan 15, 2024991KViews3likes71CommentsWindows Security won't open on Windows 11
I have tried everything I can think of, I've had two friends who deal with IT problems look at my computer via shared screen with no luck. Since updating to Windows 11 I never noticed Windows Security would not open until recently, it's active and running in the background in Task Manager. I've tried the Powershell and CMD hotfixes, I've reset my PC locally and cloud but I have no restore or recovery points prior to the Windows 11 update. My PC is up to date on all firmware from Microsoft but Windows Security still will not open. Windows Security nor Windows Defender is not listed under my "Installed Apps" or "Default Apps" so I can't try a drop down repair on it. It does show within my Task Manager that there is Windows Defender engine running and in the hidden icons tab it shows Windows Security active. How do you fix this without having to lug your whole PC to a shop?TayDeanFeb 11, 2023Copper Contributor882KViews2likes88CommentsHow to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?

I need the windows 10 ARM preview, but I can't find it. I contacted Microsoft support, and they told me that they don't have this version anymore, but that I can ask on this forum if someone has a backup or something. Can anyone help me?Federico99Oct 19, 2021Copper Contributor522KViews1like61CommentsTaskbar Not Showing In Windows 11 (FIX)
Easiest fix I have found is this. Press Windows + R > Run control > Go to uninstall a program > go to installed updates > and uninstall Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5006674). It will fix the issue. I discovered while running a system check that when I was trying to access settings I was getting access denied. Which Made me realize it wasn't the whole cumulative update. Its just the Security update that was breaking the windows 11 system it wasn't giving me correct privileges to access anything and only giving me guest rights. Hope it fixes your pc 🙂KillaHaddyOct 28, 2021Copper Contributor509KViews4likes48CommentsUnable to do "Reset" or "Go back" on Windows 11(21H2)
Greetings, I have recently installed Windows insider preview; it is around 20 hours since installation, and it was not working properly so I tried to "Go back", from System>Recovery>Go Back & Restore, but it does not seem to work, so I contacted customer support they told me to do the Reset, but the "Reset" option is also not working, just a loading circle appears and then disappears. I prefer to reset without losing data. A video of the error is attached below. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
