The shift to hybrid work creates new opportunities, but it also creates new challenges. New employees need to be onboarded, new distributed teams created, specialized workloads enabled, and new projects upscaled. It is a challenge to address these needs with agility without overburdening IT, and while controlling costs and maintaining productivity and security.
