Admin Center - Unable to read extension feed on new install

New install of Admin Center on newly built Server 2019.  

The "Available Extensions" section is blank and I get this error upon connecting to Admin Center:

Couldn't read extension feed(s) for , https://aka.ms/sme-extension-catalog-feed.

I have searched high and low and cannot find any answer. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. Windows admin center installed on Windows Server 2022. Did you manage to fix this issue ?

I can reach this site directly from OS side, but its does not work from Windows admin center console after adding proxy. Weird thing is that this is working fine in test env. But not in prod.

A little late, but I am getting the same error here in my test environment. I was able to bring back extensions by restarting the Windows Admin Center Service in services.msc. So far, I've been able to see the extensions I needed and have added them successfully.
