Amazon and Health Navigator

Hi,

does anybody know what is going to happen the MS healthbot triage service now that Amazon has bought Health Navigator.

I've seen a number of articles that speculate that existing contracts won't be renewed.

Will this be the case with the Microsoft and Health Navigator partnership?

Any information appreciated.

As part of our mission to continually provide rich high-quality medical content to customers, multiple new triage and medical content providers will be added to the service over the coming months.

The first new provider to power the Healthcare Bot triage will be announced in the coming weeks. Configurations will be added to the Healthcare Bot management portal allowing you to select your preferred option from the different sources of medical content.

The Health Navigator triage content will remain available to existing customers until November 2020.
