Issues accessing files uploaded to a Microsoft Form
Hi everyone I created a Microsoft Form and shared it with two specific colleagues (view & edit permission) so they have access to the data returns. One of the questions asked for an upload of a file. I can access the files submitted, but the two colleagues I shared the form with keep getting an error stating they do not have permission to view the file. Hi We have a scenario where the meeting organiser has gone on long term sick. The meeting has a co-organiser but she wants to set up additional co-organisers. Whilst it looks like it is set up in meeting options, the co-organiser functionality is not enabled for the allocated individuals. Can a meeting co-organiser allocate the co-organiser role or is that just something the meeting organiser can do?Solved1.7KViews0likes2CommentsTeams - Owner unable to delete some but not all messages in a channel
Hi As a Team Owner I have the ability to delete any message in my Team. However I have three messages added on 18th August which I cannot delete. When I click on the message no emoji /more action menus appear for me to undertake an action. The team owners that created the messages in the first instance aren't able to delete them either. When I left click on the message no options appear at all. We can delete any messages that occurred before or after this date. Our IT admin is also stumped and the fact that we can delete other messages in the same channel suggests it isn't a settings issue. Hi I anticipate this is going to be really easy to answer but I cannot find the information anywhere within Microsoft documentation. If I have a teams meeting of between 250-300 people , some of them are unable to see my shared screen. I think I recall reading something about this a while ago but is there a limit to the number of meeting attendees that can view a shared screen? Thanks adam deltinger. If we were working in our offices it would be easy as we have the encoder but alas it is a challenge when working from home. We will be hosting a Live Event where some of the audience are going to be Deaf. Is there a way of having two speakers visible at the same time in a Live event so that the BSL interpreter is visible at all times and the other speakers are bought up onto the screen as needed? Hi I am hoping someone has the answer to my questions because it is really bugging me. Our Tenant settings have been checked by out technical team so they are correct. However staff are reporting that intermittently, some meeting attendees ( external to our organisation) are not able to see the meeting chat. It seems to be intermittent - they can attend one meeting and it is there and another meeting it is not. We do not allow 3rd party access within Teams so meeting attendees are either joining via browser or through their own organisations Teams account as a meeting guest. Any ideas?
