How do I record videos on Teams using a personal account?
I only have a personal Teams account (no company subscription) and want to schedule a Teams meeting with a friend so she can teach me Excel pivot table techniques. However, I can't find the "Start Recording" button in the meeting settings. Now, I got that recording is only available for subscribers. If a free account can't record from the cloud or locally, what screen recording solution do you usually use to ensure clear video? And I need to record both system audio and webcam picture-in-picture. Thanks in advance for any advice!
Removing Teams from a Specific User Profile via Script in Intune
Hi, Working on a process with using PowerShell to remove Microsoft Teams from a specific user that is not the primary user of that computer on multiple Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune. Team and Channels continually disappearing from Teams App
Can anyone advise what else we can try to ensure the list of Teams/Channels a user is part of appears in their Teams app list please? A user is having a recurring problem where Teams are missing from their list. They are still Members/Owners of those Teams. We have continually reset the app, cleared the cache, checked the app version, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue resolves for a short period of time and then it comes back again. What are we missing? What can we do to permanently resolve this? Is this a Teams app issue or is it linked to the computer?How To Use The Microsoft Teams Milestones App

Teams auto attendant holiday call flow problems
I have a holiday schedule applied to an auto attendant. That schedule contains all of our annual holidays. In the auto attendant holiday call flow routing options, I have it play an audio file and I specify menu options to redirect to voicemail or to search by name. What I want to do is just change the audio file that's played for the greeting to be appropriate for the holiday (we'll be closed for Christmas, New Year, etc.). But when I delete the current audio file and upload a new one, the Save option is greyed out. I thought perhaps it was just auto-saved, so go out to the list of auto attendants, then back into that attendant and check to see what audio file is listed. It's the one I just uploaded. Ok, cool. I refresh the browser tab and check again. Now it's the previous greeting. The only way I have found to save that new audio file, is to make some other change to the call flow (change Directory search option) which makes the Save button available. I save it and it takes me out of the holiday call flow setting, so I go back in (my new greeting is now saved) and change the Directory search option back to what it was previously and save again. We provide meeting/webinar support for a major client using MS Teams. Highlighting participants via "Spotlight" in large meetings is quite cumbersome, especially during Q&A sessions, and it's relatively time-consuming and causes awkward pauses. Isn't there a way to improve this? Perhaps an external control page? Furthermore, it would be very helpful to be able to switch seamlessly to different cameras and videos without having to go through OBS or Vmix, or connect a hardware video mixer. Are there any solutions on the market that don't require multiple people to manage a meeting with high demands? If not, we will need to develop this ourselves 😉.
