How do I record videos on Teams using a personal account?

I only have a personal Teams account (no company subscription) and want to schedule a Teams meeting with a friend so she can teach me Excel pivot table techniques. However, I can't find the "Start Recording" button in the meeting settings. Now, I got that recording is only available for subscribers.

If a free account can't record from the cloud or locally, what screen recording solution do you usually use to ensure clear video? And I need to record both system audio and webcam picture-in-picture.
