ChrisHoardMVP your going to be surprised by this but Microsoft wanted to play treasure hunt with the below article. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/using-admin-roles#assign-users-to-each-role As per Microsoft, Teams Communications Administrator can manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment via PowerShell ONLY. Hi ChrisHoardMVP A few more issues with the 'Teams communication admin' role. Users with 'Teams communication admin' role are unable to see 'Direct routing' under the Voice policies. They are also not able to ‘Analytics and reports’. As per Microsoft: To access the reports, you must be a global admin in Office 365, Teams service admin, Teams communications admin, or Skype for Business admin. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-analytics-and-reports/teams-reporting-reference Consolidating all the issues with 'Teams communication admin' role: Unable to edit a user’s calling policy Unable to see the ‘Analytics and reports’ in the Teams admin center See the ‘Direct routing’ policy under Voice I have added this information in the ticket as well. Admins with the 'Teams Communication Administrator' role do not see the option to edit the users 'Calling Policy' (Attached is the screen-shot of what policies the 'Teams Communication Administrator' can edit) As per the Microsoft Article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/using-admin-roles Teams Communications Administrator can Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment.SolvedUse network upload to import your organization PST files to Office 365 via PowerShell
We plan to upload all our .PST's using the steps provided in the below link. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/use-network-upload-to-import-pst-files How can we automate this process or use PowerShell to implement what is suggested in the article? Also, we have uploaded a lot of PST using the GUI but cannot see anything under the Blob Containers via the organizations network. It is visible from the open internet. What could be causing this? How do I identify the problem?3.8KViews0likes4CommentsUse network upload to import your organization PST files to Office 365 via PowerShell

We have a user in the organization who has complained of someone sending him an e-mail at 2.18PM but receiving the e-mail 2.35PM. The email was received on time in OWA. I checked the Message Trace logs and the delay is only 15 seconds. How do I identify if the Outlook client took time to fetch the email from the server?1.4KViews0likes1CommentRe: Archive a 55GB Mailbox
Exporting to PST is generally larger compared to the Mailbox size, this could be due to the dumpster. Run the below command and check the size of the Recoverable Items Get-MailboxFolderStatistics <Identity> -FolderScope RecoverableItems | Format-List Name,FolderAndSubfolderSize You would need to purge all the items in the Deleted items or move them to the archive mailbox before you export a .PST2.5KViews0likes4Comments
