Reportees often invite me to their annual leave etc.

I'd like to accept these but 

a) Be able to hide the entries when viewing my own calendar

b) Hide the entries from people viewing my calendar so they don't think I'm away/busy

I don't think the statuses are obvious enough when glancing at the calendar.

Thanks for the idea! However, this space is only for ideas specifically for the Microsoft Tech Community website, not for Microsoft products. Sorry about that.
