Anders Bengtsson, a System Center MVP, has written up a great blog on how to configure notifications to be sent to users in different languages. The scenario is that you have users in different countries that speak different languages. Whenever certain conditions occur you want to send a notification to the user such as when an incident is first submitted, but you want to send the notification in the target recipient user’s language. His blog post does a great job explain how to set that up. His blog post is specific to incident notifications but it will work for any kind of notification.
