Permissions Error

We have a SQL Server 2016 DB due to a shortage of disk space we are trying to move the DB's on the C Drive to the E Drive.  We have 1 DB that was already there and that one works fine.  I can copy the DB's we want to move to that folder but when I try to attach that DB to SQL Server I get a permissions Error???

@RayMilhon , the SQL Server service account needs full access permissions on the drive/sub folders.

@olafhelper   I've notified our Network Administrator Now I just have to wait for him to respond.  Unfortunately I don't have access to fix it.
