Upgrade SharePoint Server 2013 to SharePoint Subscription Edition

Hi,

If I have an SPS 2013 farm and want to migrate to SharePoint Subscription Edition, do I need to migrate from SPS 2013 >2016 >2019 and >SE?

Or from SPS 2013 >2016 and >SE?

You have to use the second option that you mentioned
SPS 2013 --> SP 2016 --> SE
