Site Pages AddImage API error 500

Hello.

We've been using /_api/sitepages/addimage api to upload images.

Recently it's been changed and now requires pageId parameter (and ignores pageName parameter).

Without pageId it returns 500 "Unknown error".

Is this a bug or a planned change?
