I have the follow process that I need to automatize:
Item created in SP -> This Item have a Serie -> All Series has a responsible person to aprove the creation of this Item
I need a process to identify the item process and send a approval to this specific person that is responsible.
I already have a idea, but I use the Control process, to read the field "serie", and if it is equal "serie x" I send a configured e-mail to a responsible person. But in this case, I need to create one routine for each "product serie"
I want to know if we have I tool in automate that I can create a unique routine that see the serie e send the e-mail to this specific person.
