Microsoft Power Automate (Plans mix match, On Prem version, Definition of a Workflow)

Hello there,

I just wanted to understand Power Automate (erstwhile Flow) better in terms of:

1) Can we mix and match the plans? For example have x licenses of Per User Plan, y licenses of Per user Plan with RPA, z licenses of Per Flow Paln?

2) Is there an On Prem version for Power Automate? Like Exchange Online has an on prem version Exchange Server.

3) Microsoft's definition of Workflow from a Licensing perspective.

1. You can mix and match the licenses.

2. No.
