Flow needs to track Old.Field

Suppose I create a Flow to send an email when an existing item is modified in a SPO list, while Flow knows details of a record after modification, it is needless to say that Old data might be also important to be tracked. For Instance, When a user amends a customer name, Flow can know the new name but not the old name. both are important.
