Error when connecting a Flow to a PowerApp

I have a Flow connected to a PowerApp  that quit working.  I tried to rebuild the Flow and now receive the following error when trying to connect the Flow to the PowerApp:

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

Does your flow have external connections which may not work?
