We have AD on-prem that is synced with Office 365, now i want to create a power automate flow where we pass the user info and have the user created inside on-prem AD + assign them a set of predefined licenses such as E3, Defender license and so on.. we have a premium power automate account.. so can we achieve this using built-in power automate processes or using direct http requests?
