is it possible to save a sharepoint file automatically, or with an intermediate question/step in a certain folder, which must be searched?
for instance:
a file "21200 test.pdf" should be saved at location:
projects/2021/21200 project x/order confirmation
so the pdf file has to be saved by searching in the folder "projects" for folder 21200 project x.
Then the PDF file must be saved in that folder under the subfolder "order confirmation".
is this even possible?
