TLS in email header information?

I have a third-party application which uses SMTP Auth to send emails. This currently uses TLS1.0 to send. I am testing changes to this application so that it uses TLS1.2 instead. The problem I have is that testing is very long-winded because after sending a test email I have to wait 24 hours before the data in SMTP Auth Report updates. If Office 365 could include the TLS version for the first hop from the application to Office 365 server in the email header this would be immediately available for checking. Is it possible to include this information in the email header? I notice that Gmail does, which makes testing/checking emails sent via their SMTP servers quick and easy.
