Problem setting up Outlook email

My client has just migrated their 5 email addresses and domain from 1&1 (Ionis) to 123-reg, and we are now hosting their website and emails via Nethosted. We have managed to get all 5 emails working with their existing email addresses and new passwords on Mail on iPhones but only 3 of their 5 emails will set up on Outlook. We have obviously double checked all the details over and over again and they just won't work on Outlook. (but they do work on Mail on iPhone and we can see that they work on WebMail). All 5 emails were set up exactly the same and all work fine on everything except Outlook. Any ideas on how to fix the problem would be appreciated.
