We have intune managed iOS devices that aren't receiving email or calendar notifications after the GCC / FedRAMP compliance updates for Outlook. Backgroup app refresh is on, have reset accounts in Outlook app, etc.
Just trying to determine if this is by design with the GCC compliance or if this is a bug or settings issue. It appears every intune managed iOS device we've tried is not getting notifications any longer. You have to actually open the Outlook app and have it refresh there to view new emails.
