Inconsistency in Exchange online reports - zero mail send and receive

We exported mail activity reports in O365




We have issue with the report as it reflects zero count for mail send and receive even if the mailbox user is very active and already have 5GB mail data in mailbox




any known issue?

There have been some recent issues with other reports, so yes I'd wager it's a known issue. It's hardly the first time MS reporting is broken, wont be the last either. Open a support case and report it if you haven't done so already.
