I hope you were able to join the Microsoft Viva Summit and spot various insights through the keynote and breakout sessions that highlight the importance of engagement and productivity as conditions which drive business success! In parallel with this event, a new Work Trend Index Special Report was published. After both of these moments, I'm feeling super inspired by the impact we can have on our businesses by focusing on our people first.

@EricKnudsen I really liked this point - and the fact that it has actual numbers related to employee engagement... 

"On average, each additional point of engagement reported by employees correlated with a +$46,511 difference in market cap per employee. Put simply, companies with highly engaged workforces had better financial outcomes. Leaders need to treat employee engagement with the same strategic importance as business and financial outcomes."
