I have a small set of users - 20 or so, that are actively using the most current version of Teams on Windows workstations. What has been happening lately is users will be actively using their workstation and Teams will suddenly set them as "presenting". It does not correspond to any other activities, or calendar bookings. I've done all the reset cache work. I've had users load up their alternate off network laptops and their phone TEams clients and the issue keeps occurring. Where do I start troubleshooting this?
I checked my tenant Service Health. Not seeing anything there, I would recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft on this. It may be an issue with new Teams as I have seen similar behaviors where my status and that of others is not always correct with the new Teams client.
