Hi Members, would like to inquire any best practice for this concern - when a construction team in our organization is working on a specific house, at the end of the day the supervisor is sending pictures/photos to a Team Channel as their accomplishments or status of work. The problem is, as constructions take several days, monitoring of accomplishments becomes tedious for the management. Is there any better approach for this instead of message thread? Thank you in advance.
Hi @JJSARTE1975 This may not be the answer you're looking for, but you might consider doing fewer updates - establish 3 or 4 milestones that apply to every project (e.g. ground breaking, framing, drywall up, completed) and when they've been reached, then you post the pictures/updates.
