As you can see from the video linked above, the quality of the screen-sharing video stream in Microsoft Teams is dynamically shifting and I've been also experiencing ghosting of frames very frequently. This makes Microsoft Teams completely unusable for my team members who are working with relatively lower bandwidth on the home network.

Please advise me to tackle this issue. I live in middle-east. Pretty sure that there are servers for Microsoft in my region. My ISP is even in a tight partnership with Microsoft over its various technologies. So, if server communication isn't the issue, what it could be?
