Hi there, Our org is trying to purchase a toll free number and set it up on Teams without going through an ISP. how do we get/reserve a toll free number on Teams ?
My understanding is to purchase an 0800 number (Toll free number in NZ) through Microsoft, the org need to buy an Audio conferencing add on (as we currently don't use E5. only E3 and E1) and buy communication credit for billing when the number is used... but I can't seem to find documentation on how to get/buy the number straight through Teams.
