Capture each MS Teams instances audio and video from live meeting and send/transmit to TriCaster

I have multiple instances of teams running on windows like 6 instances so i would like to know for a solution/software which can capture each MS Teams instances audio and video from live meeting that is going on and transmit/send each instance audio and video directly to the NewTek TriCaster.
