Can't login to Teams.

Hello everybody.

I'm trying to login to Microsoft Teams with my work email, I'm the IT Manager of my company.

The platform say me that someone in my Company had already configured Teams for my organization.

I ask to all but nobody did it.

What  I can do to solve this issue?

You need to contact Microsoft support to have them remove any trial tenant etc that was created with that company mail address

I already contacted international Microsoft Support, they told me that for the free version I can only write here. They don't support me.

Is there another way?

how many people are in your company? Can you ask everyone to try to sign in? The person who accidentally set it up will be found maybe?@Luca1986

I try to login with all our ms account, nothing. All have the same issue.

I'm sure about password. Neverending story...

Hi Luca, I have your same problem, I tried chat support for Office and they said to write in this Tech Community.
I'm not the IT for my company but I ask him and no one set nothing, we also have not any 365 account, I don't understand who to ask to solve.
Do you solve or still pending?
