It's my first time posting here so I hope I'm doing it correctly 🙂
I had trouble today during a live event. As soon as we started it we experienced a video/sound sync problem with up to 4s offset. Signal is sent via an extron smp350 encoder.
I doubt that the problem is from the encoder because the rec is absolutely fine.
Perhaps you have an idea?
