Dependency with our SharePoint Admin Account session Activate for migration process for Stream

Are we have any dependency with our SharePoint Admin Account session Activate Duration Time for migration process for the containers. 

When we load our SharePoint Admin role Activate Duration Time is max 12 hours so if we start the migration of the containers some point in the middle of the Duration Time and containers are still in migration process, what will happen when this Activate Duration Time is over and some containers are still not migrate ?

I think you are talking about using PIM for your administrators. You might want to consider setting up a service account temporarily just for migrations and not requiring it to use PIM. That eliminates your issue. If that is not an option with your security in your tenant, when you log in again you will most likely find errors in the migration log and you can try migrating the files again. Or. . . if that happens, try migrating smaller batches at a time to complete within the 12 hrs.
