We're updating how queries are handled with Microsoft search in Bing

Microsoft

Microsoft search is a new enterprise search experience that increases productivity and saves time by delivering more relevant search results. As part of our GA rollout, we've updated our Microsoft search in Bing terms and have made a change to how we handle certain types of queries. This change helps Microsoft search in Bing ensure that Bing continues to be a great experience and is able to provide users with relevant search results. With this change, Bing systems are able to analyze public search data that is necessary to maintain high quality results while still protecting enterprise queries on Microsoft search in Bing.

NOTE This does not affect the way we handle searches submitted for enterprise results through Microsoft search in Bing.

We are gradually rolling this out to Standard Release customers in late July and the rollout will be completed worldwide by the end of August.
