Free exam voucher with subscription

Hi. I saw this online: 

"Subscribers to Microsoft Visual Studio Professional and Enterprise subscriptions receive a free Azure exam voucher each year."

Does anyone know where I can find the exam voucher?

Never heard of this, what was the URL? Exam vouchers are not listed as a Visual Studio benefit

But I see it looks like a copy paste from somewhere else. I saw the summary in google and it sounded like the sort of thing Microsoft might offer to help get people started on the certification path. 

Is there any way to take the AZ900 for free now?
