Azure CSP to CSP transfer

Hello All,

I am planning to change our current Azure CSP to another CSP. We have 500 resources across 3 subscriptions. I want to know below if we undergo the CSP transfer process:

1. During the CSP transfer process, do all the resources will be impacted?

2. Whether we need to migrate all resources manually?

It would be great if someone can share their experience.
