How do you move a Form/Quiz from Group Forms back to My Forms?

I have a solution:

If you favourite the form you wish to move back to my forms then copy that form from the favourites section it will appear in myforms again

Beutiful, this was it! Somehow really stupid bug - but this duplicating gets over it as the duplicate comest ot the personal named  root.
