Set region/language/keyboard/wallpaper during autopilot

As @mniehaus has scripts to set region/language/timezone/wallpaper etc. during msi install which can be installed during autopilot. Can this be included in native Autopilot process?

@Nilis3122020 We are always looking into adding new functionality, and think adding native support for specific capabilities is a great idea.

For capabilities like setting region/language/keyboard we have to make sure we can still support scenarios like Whiteglove technician flows, for instance, but we are actively working on it.

Wallpaper support hasn't been a big request, but we are always looking for improvements.

Are there any other specific features you would like to see native support for beyond region/language/keyboard and wallpaper?

- Uninstall apps with choosen form ( now using the store for business, but after user logs in some apps are not yet uninstalled in some cases)

- Windows language packs

- Customized start menu for all users which is availble after first login. (User able to change start menu after that)
