Autopilot and software

Hi I was wondering how do we assign software to be installed when using Autopilot?

Do we have to have previously assigned intune apps via groups as required so that they install during the Autopilot process?

We are asking because we have thousands of users with hundreds of different applications needs so we are looking at ways efficiently transfer this from OSD to autopilot.

@Stephane Lalancette Autopilot will track any required app targeted to the device or to the user.  So you would need to create appropriate groups and then create required assignments in each desired app, linked to those groups.
