Hi All,
Does anyone know how to stop Microsoft marking legitimate emails as phish and sending them to quarantine? I have submitted emails to Microsoft as clean from 2 different senders and the result they provide is "should have been blocked. use your organizational settings to allow similar messages in the future".
Does anyone know what organization setting they are talking about? As there is no "whitelist" we can add senders to. Not sure where we need to add these senders.

@cat1980 Hi , you can whitelist senders in O365 defender portal by accessing policies and rules and from your inbound anti-spam policies add your senders to the whitelist as below
