Generate Security Alert from Security Recommendations

Hello,

Is there a way to get an Alert when a new Security Recommendation is displayed.

I mean an alert in Microsoft Defender 365 Portal, bcz i need to reflect that in Microsoft Sentinel.

Do you mean when MS adds a new recommendation to the system or when the points for an existing recommendation change? Regardless, I think that you will have to use the Graph API, see Use the Microsoft Graph Security API - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Docs
