MDE on Android with 3rd party MDM possible?

Hi,

I have a client that is using Soti One as their MDM platform for all of their Android based devices.

My question is, would it be possible to enroll these devices with MDE even though they are managed from Soti One?

We want visibility and I do understand that we won't be able to enforce policys and will miss a lot of features if this is doable. But these are things we would accept. 

The devices are mostly Zebra TC52X.
