Exclude users from cloud discovery data

Hello, 

I wanted to exclude some user from the cloud discovery data but it won't find any matches. I also tried some usernames and email adresses, that were in the Cloud Discovery dashboard, but it still can't find any matches. Did I forget some setting or something like that?

Hi Elly, Difficult to say from just two capture, but it doesn't look like the expected behavior. I would suggest open a support case to get to the bottom of this. Thanks!
