When booking from staff side, on behalf of a client, the multiple choice custom fields for collecting client information are pre-populated with the first entry from the answer options list. This is misleading and causes errors in data collection. Please remove the pre-populated answer and instead display "--select an option--", exactly as it does on the client-facing booking page.

For Custom fields It would be nice to at least have an option in edit "Custom Fields"  where we can use an on/off toggle to "select default response/option" (including option for "none" chosen/selected) and also have another on/off toggle where we could allow people to type in their own response/option, and admin to have the ability to limit character count if we want to.

This should be a quick fix and roll out to MS users. Couldn't take more than a day since all the functionality and base code is already in place.

All required field validation is removed when entering a booking from the Admin/Staff side.  On the client-facing end the "--select an option--" format only shows on required fields else it auto selects the first entry from the choice list as well.  If MS could fix the issue at least where the Admin side had the same required fields and same field behavior as the client-facing side that would help a lot.
