We accept maximum one appt every half hour. This works great; we have a predictable and consistent throughout of appts daily. But different members of staff may be assigned to this appt queue, depending on availability. 

Accordingly, we cannot ‘assign’ staff in advance - so we have been forced to associate Bookings with a shared outlook calendar as the ‘member of staff’.

 

However Bookings does not read the availability of ‘shared’ calendars. This would be a very convenient feature, as it would allow us to easily blank off ad-hoc availability .

Can Bookings be updated to read the availability of shared calendars?
